Phase I, 2012-2013:Remodelling of 215 rooms.  

Phase II, 2014-2015: Expansion of two floors of the building to add 40 new rooms, construction of covered sky bar and remodelling of the main reception hall. Refurbishment of floor and public areas.

Phase III, 2016-2017. Modernization of the whole building's exterior, using light, modern materials. Replacement of balcony railings,installation of services required by city hall, and execution of new facade.
