Restoration of Can Berga-Ladaria, a classified building and gothic construction built in 1576 and remodelled in 1874 to change from residential to hotel use. It will be converted into a 5 * boutique hotel with 18 rooms, restaurant, roof terrace swimming pool and public areas.
